Rachael Chastain FNP-C comes to Instacare with almost 10 years of nursing experience caring for individuals in all age groups. Her experiences include but are not limited to family medicine, pediatrics, medical surgical, emergency medicine, critical care, women’s health, and case management. Her academic background includes an Associate’s in Nursing from Walters State Community College, Bachelor’s in Nursing from King University, and Master’s in Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner from East Tennessee State University. She has her Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She strives to provide safe, evidence-based, and cost conscientious care.
